At Naughty Hook– Naughty Nook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
